1. Authorized Engagement

Users must only scan repositories for which they have explicit authorization. Unauthorized scanning of third-party intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent session termination.

2. Liability Limitation

While our SAST engine provides deep AST analysis, E-ComGuard does not guarantee 100% vulnerability discovery. Secure coding practices and manual peer review remain essential pillars of security.

3. Certification Authenticity

E-ComGuard certificates of integrity are valid at the time of the scan for the specific commit SHA identified. Modifications to the codebase post-scan nullify existing certificates.
